Rethread Denim, founded by Kerry Gibson, is all about using denim as a storytelling and educational tool to engage young people in conversations about sustainability and fast fashion. Breaking down ideas, history and stories into relatable and accessible messages. Making sure that everyone feels included and heard is at the heart of what she does.

Inspired by the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's), she uses these as a positive, global framework for starting important conversations about sustainability, equality, and social responsibility. Through both her personal and professional experiences, she has  developed a thoughtful and creative approach to the work she does. The aim is to combine purpose, resilience, and empathy to inspire change and build something meaningful—whether in her art, her work, or the relationships built along the way.
